北斗三号新型船载终端设计

摘要 针对北斗二代卫星导航系统终端在精度、可靠性和智能化程度等方面存在缺陷,提出采用北斗三号卫星导航系统新技术,设计出新型船载终端。采用北斗三号卫星导航系统的定位技术和通信技术,对终端的硬件结构和软件系统进行设计和实现。结果表明,结合物联网等通信技术,采用高精度北斗定位结合GIS地理信息技术,将北斗+物联网通信技术相互兼容,结合计算机数据库管理和电子海图技术,利用北斗三号卫星导航系统特点可以设计出新型船载终端。终端设计能提高海上船舶实时动态监管和应急救助处置能力,构建快捷高效的应急救助体系。 In view of the defects in the accuracy,reliability and intelligence of the terminals of the Beidou-2 navigation satellite system,the new technology of the Beidou-3 satellite navigation system was proposed to design a new ship-borne terminal.Using the positioning technology and communication technology of the Beidou-3 satellite navigation system,the hardware structure and software system of the terminal were designed and implemented.The results showed that combining with the Internet of Things and other communication technology,using high-precision Beidou positioning and GIS geographic information technology,compatible with the Beidou+Internet of Things communication technology,combined with computer database management and electronic chart technology,a new shipboard terminal can be designed by using the characteristics of the Beidou-3 satellite navigation system,which can improve the real-time dynamic supervision and emergency rescue disposal capacity of offshore ships,and build a fast and efficient emergency rescue system.
