内河船舶远程检验模式与试点分析

摘要 为满足客户对更高效、更安全、更便捷、更智能化的检验服务的需求,基于长江现有通讯网络和远程可视通讯设备,在长江内河船舶上进行远程检验试点研究工作,并以现场检验的方式对远程检验效果进行复核评估,通过分析评估数据,得出内河船舶远程检验可行性分析结论,为船舶检验工作的高质量、高效率展开提供技术上的支持和参考。 In order to meet the needs of customers for more efficient,safer,more convenient and more intelligent inspection services,ship remote inspection services came into being.Based on the existing communication network and remote visual communication equipment in the Yangtze River,a pilot study of remote inspection on ships was carried out,and the remote inspection effect was reviewed and evaluated by means of on-site inspection.The evaluation data showed that the remote inspection on inland ships is feasible,which can provide technical support and reference for the high quality and high efficiency of ship inspection work.
