新时代职业院校思想政治教育与企业文化融合路径探究

众所周知,中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,中国特色职业教育也进入了新时代;新时代新阶段就会有新变化、新要求和新期待。职业院校作为职业教育的最主要的实施者、践行者,思想政治教育是职业教育极其重要内容之一。职业院校思政教育是指各类职业院校运用一定的思想观念、政治观点、道德规范、职业素养和企业文化建设要求,对其全体学生施加有目的、有计划、有组织的影响,使他们的行为规范符合未来工作企业组织目标的思想品德教育实践活动。本文尝试分析新时代职业院校思想政治教育的内涵、作用,以及院校在人才培养与企业文化融合中遇到的问题和解决路径,准确把握“职教大计、思政先行”科学内涵和本质规律,对新时代职业院校思政教育与企业文化融合高质量发展都有一定的指导和现实意义等。

As we all know,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and vocational education with Chinese characteristics has also entered a new era;there will be new changes,new requirements and new expectations.As the most important implementer and practitioner of vocational education,ideological and political education is one of the most important contents of vocational education.Vocational colleges ideological education refers to all kinds of vocational colleges using certain ideas,political views,ethics,professional quality and enterprise culture construction requirements,to all the students have a purpose,planned,organized influence,make their behavior standards in line with the future work of enterprise organization of ideological and moral education practice.This paper tries to analyze the connotation of the new era of vocational colleges ideological and political education,and colleges and problems in talent training and enterprise culture fusion and solution path,accurately grasp the"vocational education,ideological education first"scientific connotation and essential law,for the new era of vocational colleges ideological education and enterprise culture integration quality development has certain guidance and practical significance,etc.
