应用连续流动分析仪测定水中总氰化物的方法研究

摘要 采用连续流动分析仪测定水中的总氰化物。结果表明,标准工作曲线的线性相关系数r≥0.9995,检出限为0.15μg/L,相对标准偏差≤1.0%,加标回收率为92.1%~110%。连续流动分析仪具有检出限大、精密度高、准确性好、分析速度快的优势,适合大批量的样品分析,符合现代水环境中污染物痕量分析监测技术发展趋势。 Employing a continuous flow analyzer to determine the total cyanide in water.The results show that the linear correlation coefficient R of the standard working curve is greater than or equal to 0.9995,the detection limit is 0.15μg/L,the relative standard deviation is less than or equal to 1.0%,and the spiked recovery rate is between 92.1% and 110%.The continuous flow analyzer has the advantages of a low detection limit,high precision,good accuracy,and fast analysis speed,making it suitable for the analysis of a large number of samples,and in line with the development trend of modern trace pollutant analysis and monitoring technology in water environments.
