长株潭地区制造业与物流业联动发展探究

Joint Development of Manufacturing Industry and Logistics Industry in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Area

以长株潭地区制造业与物流业为研究对象,以长株潭地区2012—2023年的制造业和物流业面板数据作为研究样本,采用CRITIC权重法测算制造业和物流业综合发展指数,建立二系统耦合协调度模型和灰色关联模型,对长株潭地区制造业与物流业联动发展的耦合协调水平与影响因素进行分析。结果显示:长株潭地区制造业与物流业综合发展指数呈波动上升趋势,但物流业发展水平长期低于制造业发展水平;长株潭地区整体耦合协调发展趋势较好,但各地级市协调发展不均衡,仍处于初级协调阶段。针对这些问题,长株潭地区应加强区域间产业合作、加大创新科研投入、完善物流基础设施建设,通过政府引领加强“两业”联动,加快长株潭地区一体化进程。

This paper takes the manufacturing industry and logistics industry in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area as the re-search object,collects the comprehensive development level data of manufacturing industry and logistics industry in 3 cities in Chan-gsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area from 2012 to 2023 as research samples,uses the CRITIC weight method to measure the comprehensive development index of manufacturing industry and logistics industry,and further establishes the two-system coupling coordination de-gree model and grey correlation model.The coupling coordination level and influencing factors of the joint development of manufac-turing industry and logistics industry in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area were studied.The study found that the coordination degree of manufacturing industry and logistics industry in prefecture-level cities in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area fluctuated,but it was still at a low level.Suggestions are as follows:Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan region needs to break administrative barriers,strengthen inter-regional industrial cooperation,increase investment in innovation and scientific research,improve logistics infrastructure con-struction,deepen the“two industries”linkage through the government leader,and promote the integration process of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan region.
