乡村振兴战略背景下数字乡村建设与发展路径

Construction and Development Path of Digital Village in the Context of Rural Revitalization Strategy

随着数字技术的迅速发展,我国正加速推进数字乡村建设,并从数字生态、数字生活、数字生产等方面推动乡村全面振兴。但目前,数字乡村建设仍存在着数字基础设施不完善、数字化意识薄弱、经费保障不足、乡村文化产业制约、专业人才短缺等问题。因此,未来应从精准匹配数字技术与乡村发展、加大数字技术普及力度、加大经费投入、运用数字资源对接公众需求、加强数字化人才培养、推进试点实施工作等方面出发,探索数字乡村提质升级发展路径,助力乡村振兴。

With the development of digital technology, China is accelerating the construction of digital village to enable the o-verall promotion of the rural revitalization strategy through digital ecology, digital life and digital production. However, at present, the construction of digital village still suffers from imperfect information technology infrastructure, weak digital awareness, lack of funding, constraints on the rural cultural industry, and shortage of professional talents. Therefore, in the future, China should match digital technology with rural development accurately, promote digital publicity and popularization, strengthen financial security, uti-lize digital resources to meet public demand, strengthen the training of digital talents, and promote experimental implementation, to optimize the development path of digital village and promote rural revitalization.
