“双减”政策落地社会工作如何赋能家庭教育

摘要 在国家“双减”政策落地和《中华人民共和国家庭教育促进法》颁布的双重作用下,家庭教育的重要性与影响力日益凸显。目前,“双减”工作取得了显著成效,但在执行过程中仍存在一些困境:家长产生了教育焦虑、家长缺乏对家庭教育的正确认知、家庭教育功能缺失、家庭教育与学校教育配合度不够。对此,家庭社会工作可以通过提供心理健康服务、链接教育资源、加强家长教育认知、发挥家庭教育主体功能以及促进家庭教育和学校教育相互联动来推动家庭教育的健康发展,为学生的全面发展创造更有利的环境。 With the implementation of the national“double reduction”policy and the promulgation of the Family Education Pro-motion Law of the People’s Republic of China,the importance and influence of family education have become increasingly prominent under its dual role.At present,the work of“double reduction”has achieved remarkable results,but there are still some difficulties in the implementation process:parents’educational anxiety,parents’incorrect cognition of family education,lack of family educa-tion function,and lack of cooperation between family education and school education.To break through the realistic dilemma of fami-ly education and build a healthy educational ecological environment,family social work can promote family education to play its main function by providing mental health services,linking educational resources,strengthening parents’educational cognition and other measures.
