摘要
建筑材料闭环供应链网络优化是一个多目标的大规模问题,传统寻优算法易陷入局部最优无法求出全局最优解。因此,提出基于改进蜜罐算法的建筑材料闭环供应链网络优化模型。针对由业主、总承包商、分包商、分供方和其他合作机构组成的建筑材料闭环供应链网络结构,构建以最小化网络成本与最小化环境污染为目标、满足客户需求与流量平衡为约束的优化模型。采用一种基于混沌映射的改进蜜罐算法来求解模型,得到最优建筑材料闭环供应链网络优化方案。实验结果表明,所提改进蜜罐算法在求解建筑材料闭环供应链网络优化模型时搜索最优值优势明显,实现建筑材料闭环供应链网络最优。
The optimization of the closed-loop supply chain network for building materials is a multi-objective large-scale problem,traditional optimization algorithms are prone to getting stuck in local optima and cannot find global optimal solutions.Therefore,a building materials closed-loop supply chain network optimization model based on the improved honeypot algorithm is proposed.Aiming at the closed-loop supply chain network structure of building materials composed of owners,general contractors,subcontractors,sub suppliers,and other cooperative organizations,an optimization model is constructed with the goal of minimizing network costs and environmental pollution,and satisfying customer demand and flow balance as constraints.An improved honeypot algorithm based on chaos mapping is used to solve the model,and the optimal solution for the closed-loop supply chain network of building materials is obtained.The experimental results show that the proposed improved honeypot algorithm has a significant advantage in searching for optimal values when solving the optimization model of the closed-loop supply chain network for building materials,achieving the optimal closed-loop supply chain network for building materials.
