基于絮凝工艺的选煤厂煤泥水沉降过滤处理方法

摘要 为降低选煤厂煤泥水中的絮凝物、污染物,引进絮凝工艺,以新疆准东五彩湾矿区四号露天矿一期工程选煤厂为例,开展煤泥水沉降过滤处理方法的设计。为满足选煤厂煤泥水沉降过滤处理需求,设计前进行絮凝药剂的选择与仪器设备的准备。根据工程项目的具体需求,进行选煤厂煤泥水沉降过滤处理装置的布置。通常情况下,沉降过滤处理装置应按照“混合-反应-沉降-过滤”的顺序进行排列。按照规范进行煤泥水沉降过滤处理,完成方法的设计。实验结果表明:该方法可以在提高处理中上层清液透光度与处理效率的同时,优化沉降过滤处理后的水质,使煤泥水各项指标符合质量验收要求。 In order to reduce the flocculants and pollutants in the coal slurry water of the coal preparation plant,the flocculation process is introduced,and the coal preparation plant of the Phase I project of the No.4 open-pit mine in the Wucaiwan mining area of Zhundong,Xinjiang is taken as an example to carry out the design of the settling and filtration treatment method for coal slurry water.In order to meet the requirements of slime water settlement filtration treatment in coal preparation plant,the selection of flocculating agents and the preparation of instruments and equipment are carried out before the design method.According to the specific needs of the project,the arrangement of the sludge water settlement filtration treatment device in the coal preparation plant is carried out.Under normal circumstances,the settlement filtration treatment device should be arranged in the order of“mixing-reaction-sedimentation-filtration”.The sludge water settlement filtration treatment was carried out according to the specification,and the design of the method was completed.The experimental results show that the method designed can not only improve the transmittance and efficiency of the treatment of the middle and super liquid,but also optimize the water quality after the settlement filtration treatment,so that each index of the coal slime water can meet the quality acceptance requirements.
