摘要
塔筒是风电机组的重要部件,其中混凝土塔筒建造成本低,运维工作量小,适合大批量生产。提出了一套混凝土结构塔筒制作模具——铝合金模板结构设计、分析及优化的方案。首先对铝合金模板整体结构进行了设计,并对铝合金模板整体进行了结构分析,然后对铝合金模板关键参数进行优化,得到了铝合金模板的最佳方案。本方案为后续风电行业铝合金模板设计、分析及优化提供了一种思路。
The tower is an important component of wind turbines,among which the concrete tower has low construction cost,small operation and maintenance workload,and is suitable for large-scale production.This article proposes a scheme for the structural de⁃sign,analysis,and optimization of an aluminium alloy template structure for the production of concrete tower.Firstly,the overall struc⁃ture of the aluminium alloy template was designed and analyzed.After obtaining the structural analysis results,the key parameters of the aluminium alloy template were optimized,and the optimal solution for the aluminium alloy template was obtained.This plan pro⁃vides an idea for the design,analysis,and optimization of aluminum alloy templates in the wind power industry in the future.
