基于分频段原理的风电机组一次调频控制策略

摘要 随着风光发电占比逐渐增加,若其未有效参与调频或调频方式不当,系统在频率偏差维持方面将面临较大挑战,频率稳定性成为制约风电渗透率提升的关键因素。为了应对这一挑战,研究结合传统电力系统调频行为在多个时间尺度上的特性,考虑风电功率波动的时间尺度特征,采用不同的方法来挖掘传统火电机组在各个时间尺度上的调频潜力,以提高其对风电功率波动的灵活响应。基于分频段原理提出风电机组一次调频控制策略,通过分频段设置调差系数以提升一次调频能力,通过频域分析系统不同波动频段下的最优调频参数。结果表明,提出的方法显著增强了系统的频率稳定性。 As the proportion of wind power in the energy mix gradually increases,the effective participation in frequency regulation or improper frequency regulation methods poses significant challenges to maintaining frequency deviation.Frequency stability becomes a crucial factor limiting the increase in wind power penetration.To address this challenge,research combines the characteristics of traditional power system frequency regulation behavior at multiple time scales.It considers the time-scale features of wind power fluctuation and employs various methods to explore the frequency regulation potential of traditional thermal power units at different time scales.The goal is to enhance their flexible response to wind power fluctuations.Based on the principle of frequency segmentation,a primary frequency control strategy for wind power units is proposed.This strategy improves the primary frequency control capability by setting mismatch coefficients for different frequency segments.Additionally,a frequency domain analysis is conducted to determine the optimal frequency regulation parameters for various fluctuation frequency bands in the system.The results indicate that the proposed method significantly enhances the frequency stability of the system,addressing the challenges associated with the increasing penetration of wind power.
