超超临界1030MW汽轮机转子振动大故障诊断及处理

摘要 针对一台综合改造后的1030MW汽轮发电机组在调试期间出现的振动故障,进行了诊断分析及处理工作。通过对启动过程中采集的频谱图、趋势图的分析,结合轴封体温度和低压缸减温水温度等运行参数变化情况发现:转子热弯曲和动静碰摩相互作用是本次转子振动大的主要原因,而转子质量不平衡是次要原因。并且,给出了解决振动的具体措施,不仅对低压缸排汽减温水喷头和轴封供汽管道进行了相应处理,同时还调整了转子的轴系平衡状态。这为今后此类改造机型启动阶段的振动故障处理提供了参考和借鉴。 According to the vibration fault of a 1030MW turbine-generator set after comprehensive transformation during commissioning,the diagnosis,analysis and treatment work are carried out.Through the analysis of the spectrum diagram and trend diagram collected during the start-up process,combined with the changes of the shaft seal body temperature and the temperature of the low pressure cylinder descaling water,it is found that the rotor thermal bending and dynamic and static interaction are the main reasons for the large vibration of the rotor,while the rotor mass imbalance is the secondary reason.In addition,the concrete measures to solve the vibration are given,which not only deals with the nozzle of low pressure cylinder and the steam supply pipe of shaft seal,but also adjusts the balance state of shaft system of rotor.This provides reference and reference for vibration fault handling in the start-up stage of such modified models in the future.
