巨型闸门关键技术研究及在白鹤滩水电站的应用

摘要 文章介绍了白鹤滩水电站巨型闸门和启闭机等金属结构设备的多种技术创新,包括超宽横向三支臂弧形闸门创新设计、193 m超高水头平面闸门优化设计、高水头弧形闸门充压式止水方案研究、超大容量弧形轨道门机设计研究、百万机组进水口液压启闭机启闭容量设计等。上述关键技术的创新攻关,保障了白鹤滩水电站的泄洪安全、引水发电安全,助力了电站成功投产运行。 This paper introduces various technological innovations in metal structure equipment such as giant gates and hoists at the Baihetan Hydropower Station,including innovative design of ultra wide transverse three arm radial gates,optimized design of 193 m ultra-high head flat gates,research on high-pressure sealing schemes for high head radial gates,design research on ultra large capacity curved track gantry cranes,and design of opening and closing capacity for hydraulic hoists at the intake of millions of units.The innovative research and development of the above key technologies have ensured the safety of flood discharge and water diversion and power generation at Baihetan Hydropower Station,and helped the station successfully put into operation.
