TB水电站大坝廊道层施工技术研究与应用

摘要 TB水电站大坝为碾压混凝土重力坝,坝高158 m,大坝在高程1586、1640、1695 m布置了低中高3层廊道。大坝廊道层廊道模板安装后,大仓面被分隔为多个独立仓面,加上底层廊道与固结灌浆的干扰,廊道层碾压混凝土施工是大坝施工难度最大、直线工期最长的一个升层。TB水电站通过在固结灌浆、廊道备仓、“穿”廊道等工艺工序技术创新,有效加快了廊道层施工速度,仅20d完成大坝中部廊道层碾压混凝土施工。 TB hydropower station dam is a roller compacted concrete gravity dam with a height of 158m.The dam has three levels of low,medium,and high corridors arranged at elevations of 1586m,1640m,and 1695m.After the installation of the formwork for the corridor layer of the dam,the large warehouse surface is divided into multiple independent warehouse surfaces.Coupled with the interference of the bottom corridor and consolidation grouting,the roller compacted concrete construction of the corridor layer is the most difficult and longest straight-line construction of the dam.TB hydropower station has effectively accelerated the construction speed of the corridor layer through technological innovations in consolidation grouting,corridor storage,and"crossing"the corridor,and completed the roller compacted concrete construction of the middle corridor layer of the dam in only 20 days.
