循环水水质对汽轮机冷却器的影响及运行调整措施

摘要 针对600 MW双背压凝汽式汽轮机因循环水水质恶化导致开式冷却器结垢严重及机组效率降低等,通过优化循环水质监测、冷油器运行方式、冷却器反冲洗及酸洗等提高各冷却器冷却效果及控制凝汽器端差、过冷度等提高汽轮机效率,保证主机油温、发电机定冷水系统安全运行。通过运行试验表明:通过优化循环水质监测、冷油器运行方式、冷却器反冲洗及酸洗等运行调整措施,保证了凝汽式汽轮机主机油温及定冷水系统的安全运行,汽轮机内效率得到提升。 The 600 MW dual back pressure condensing steam turbine has experienced severe fouling in the open cooler and reduced unit efficiency due to the deterioration of circulating water quality.By optimizing the monitoring of circulating water quality,operating mode of the oil cooler,backwashing and acid washing of the cooler,the cooling effect of each cooler can be improved,and the efficiency of the steam turbine can be improved by controlling the end difference and subcooling of the condenser,ensuring the safe operation of the main engine oil temperature and the generator cooling water system.Through operational tests,it has been shown that by optimizing the monitoring of circulating water quality,the operation mode of the oil cooler,the backwashing and acid washing of the cooler,and other operational adjustment measures,the safe operation of the main oil temperature and fixed cooling water system of the condensing turbine has been ensured,and the internal efficiency of the turbine has been improved.
