摘要
在“细胞质膜透性的模拟实验”中,以NaCl、 NH_(4)Cl、 KCl等小分子盐类和大分子蛋白质为材料,利用其通过透析膜时产生的不同的电导率变化,运用数字化工具进行采集整理,并形成随时间变化的曲线图,使学生定量认识细胞质膜的选择透过性特点,为更好理解物质进出细胞质膜的方式奠定基础,培养建构数学模型的科学思维方式。
In the simulation experiment of cytoplasmic membrane permeability,we use small molecule salts such as NaCl,NH_(4) Cl,and KCl and large molecule proteins as materials,employ digital tools to collect changes in conductivity produced when they pass through the dialysis membrane,and form a curve graph indicating the changes occurring as time passes.This experiment allows students to understand the selective permeability characteristic of cytoplasmic membranes by a quantitative means,which lays the foundation for a better understanding of the ways by which substances enter and exit cytoplasmic membranes and helps to foster a scientific way of thinking for building mathematical models.
