摘要
以我国科学家重大科研成果——人源性肾脏的异种体内培育为情境,结合高中生物学基因工程、胚胎工程等核心知识命制原创试题。问题设置层层递进,考查学生学科核心素养达成情况的同时,引导学生关注科学研究的伦理问题。经测试,试题显示出了很好的评价功能。建议教师在平时的教学中尝试以科研论文为学习情境,有利于学生接触熟悉科研思路,了解生物学技术的应用。
We have prepared original senior high school biology test questions using the major scientific achievement of Chinese scientists—the cultivation of human-derived kidneys in heterologous animals—as the context based on the core knowledge of senior high school biology such as genetic engineering and embryonic engineering.The progressive questions can test students mastery of biological core literacy while guiding them to pay attention to the ethical issues in scientific research.The test questions have shown a good evaluation function in our trial.It is recommended that teachers try using research papers as the learning context in their teaching,which helps to familiarize students with thinking in scientific research and the application of biological technology.
