摘要
隔膜是锂离子电池中的关键组件,用于分离正极和负极,防止内部短路。随着电动汽车和储能电池市场的不断扩大,对高性能、高安全性的隔膜的需求也越来越大。为提高锂离子电池的安全性和稳定性,开发新型隔膜材料和优化隔膜制备工艺尤为重要。主要介绍了芳纶涂布隔膜材料的稳定性、耐热性、耐腐蚀性试验,试验方法简单、易行、直观、能有效观察材料的变化。对于不同类别材料的直接比较,芳纶是一种高性能聚合物,具有良好的强度和刚度,更适合用于锂离子电池领域中。
The separator is a key component in lithium-ion batteries that separates the positive and negative elec⁃trodes and prevents internal short circuits.As the market for electric vehicles and energy storage batteries continues to expand,so does the demand for high-performance,high-safety separators.In order to improve the safety and sta⁃bility of lithium-ion batteries,it is particularly important to develop new membrane materials and optimize the mem⁃brane preparation process.The stability,heat resistance and corrosion resistance tests of aramid coated separator materials were mainly introduced,and the test methods were simple,easy and intuitive,and can effectively ob⁃served the changes of materials.For a direct comparison of different classes of materials,aramid was a high-perfor⁃mance polymer with good strength and stiffness,which was more suitable for use in the field of lithium-ion batteries.
