摘要
为了缓解轨道交通工具中的噪声问题,丙烯酸酯阻尼乳液是一种高效的阻尼材料,利用乳液聚合法制备丙烯酸酯阻尼乳液,以甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)为功能性单体,实现核壳改性丙烯酸酯阻尼乳液,在该改性乳液基础上添加甲醛次硫酸氢钠等材料,制备出轨道车辆用丙烯酸酯阻尼乳液聚合水性涂料。试验结果显示,该涂料对于活性较强的冷轧钢、铝型材料等粘附剥离强度较高,但不适合粘附非金属材料;当HEMA用量加大时,该涂料的初粘性与持粘性的性能较好。综合考虑,HEMA添加要适量。
In order to alleviate the noise problem in rail transit,acrylate damping emulsion is a kind of efficient damping material,the acrylate damping emulsion was prepared by emulsion polymerization method,hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA)was used as a functional monomer to realize the core-shell modified acrylate damping emul⁃sion,and formaldehyde sodium bisulfite and other materials were added on the basis of the modified emulsion to pre⁃pare acrylate damping emulsion polymerization water-based coatings for rail vehicles.The test results showed that the coating had high adhesive stripping strength for active cold rolled steel and aluminum profiles,but was not suit⁃able for bonding non-metallic materials.When the amount of HEMA increased,the initial viscosity and viscosity performance of the coating were better.It needs to be considered comprehensively to select the amount of HEMA.
