隧道衬砌抗腐蚀气密性混凝土配比优化及性能分析

摘要 为提高隧道衬砌混凝土的抗腐蚀气密性能,研究了C30抗腐蚀气密性混凝土的配合比设计与试验方法。通过改变水泥材料体系中水泥、粉煤灰和气密剂的含量,探究了它们对抗腐蚀气密性混凝土的气密性可抗蚀性的影响。采用正交试验法,确定了最佳的配合比参数,并对最佳配合比下的抗腐蚀气密性混凝土进行了抗渗性能和抗SO42-离子渗透性能的试验分析。结果表明,所提出的配合比设计方法能够有效提高C30抗腐蚀气密性混凝土的综合性能,为其在工程实践中的应用提供了理论依据和技术支持。 In order to improve the corrosion-resistant airtightness of tunnel lining concrete,the mix design and test method of C30 corrosion-resistant airtight concrete were studied.By changing the content of cement,fly ash and air⁃tight agent in the cement material system,the influence of them on the airtight resistance of corrosion-resistant air⁃tight concrete was investigated.Orthogonal test method was used to determine the best mix ratio parameters,and the anti-seepage and SO42-ion permeability of corrosion-resistant air-tight concrete under the best mix ratio were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the proposed mix ratio design method could effectively improve the compre⁃hensive performance of C30 corrosion-resistant air-tight concrete,and provide theoretical basis and technical sup⁃port for its application in engineering practice.
