一种修复民族传统体育器械的水型环氧胶改性研究

Research on the modification of water-type epoxy adhesive for the repair of traditional national sports equipment

针对传统体育器械用溶剂型聚氨酯胶粘剂存在稳定性差和粘接性能差的问题,提出一种新型环氧水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的制备。对环氧水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的配比进行优化,并对其性能和修复效果进行研究。试验结果表明,聚丙二醇(PPG)分子量为2400;乳化剂中—NCO与—OH的摩尔比(R值)为1.2;1,2-十二烷二醇(DCD)与2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)质量比为1.2;中和度为100%;环氧树脂与乳化剂质量比为0.8时,制备的胶粘剂剥离强度为2.47 MPa,剪切强度为1.22 MPa,在40℃以下可稳定贮存5个月,表现出良好的性能。将胶粘剂用于体育塑胶跑道的修复后,塑胶跑道状态良好,表现出良好的修复性能。

A new type of epoxy waterborne polyurethane adhesive was proposed to address the issues of poor stabili⁃ty and bonding performance of solvent based polyurethane adhesives used in traditional sports equipment.The ratio of epoxy water-based polyurethane adhesive was optimized,and its performance and repair effect were studied.The experimental results showed that the molecular weight of polypropylene glycol(PPG)was 2400.The molar ratio(R value)of—NCO/—OH in the emulsifier was 1.2.The mass ratio of 1,2-decanediol(DCD)to 2,2-dimethylol⁃propionic acid(DMPA)was 1.2.Neutrality was 100%.When the mass ratio of epoxy resin to emulsifier was 0.8,the adhesive prepared had a peel strength of 2.47 MPa and a shear strength of 1.22 MPa.It could be stably stored for 5 months below 40℃and exhibited good performance.After using adhesive for the repair of sports plastic track,the plastic track was in good condition and exhibited good repair performance.
