摘要
针对预制构件装配过程动态数据实时采集、动态监控困难等问题,引入工作流和BIM技术,提出了一种面向预制构件装配过程的动态实时可视化监控技术。在分析预制构件装配过程的基础上,提出了装配过程三级管控机制,构建了基于装配流程和现场检查的预制构件装配数据管理模型。建立了基于IFC标准的预制构件装配过程数据组织模型,设计了4层架构组成的用于装配过程监控的电子看板。开发了预制构件装配过程可视化监控系统,该系统可实现预制构件装配过程的动态、实时和可视化监控。应用效果良好。
Aiming at the problems of real-time dynamic data collection and dynamic monitoring during the assem⁃bly process of prefabricated components,a dynamic real-time visual monitoring technology for the assembly pro⁃cess of prefabricated components was proposed by introducing workflow and BIM technology.Based on the analysis of the prefabricated component assembly process,a three-level control mechanism for the assembly process was proposed,and a prefabricated component assembly data management model based on assembly process and on-site inspection was constructed.A data organization model for the assembly process of prefabricated components based on IFC standards was constructed,and an electronic signage construction method for assembly process monitoring was designed,consisting of four layers of architecture.A visual monitoring system for the assembly process of pre⁃fabricated components was developed,which could achieve dynamic,real-time,and visual monitoring of the assem⁃bly process of prefabricated components.The system had good application results.
