摘要
进油计量阀是共轨泵的一个重要部件,它的性能直接影响共轨泵乃至整个共轨燃油系统的工作效能。通过调节进油计量阀进口压力和出口压力的差值即压差、驱动电流和进入测试油路的测试介质温度,实现了进油计量阀的流量特性即电流和流量的关系、全关时的泄漏量以及包含开启延时和关闭延时在内的响应时间的测量。解决了只控制进口压力导致的流量测量偏差,采用伺服阀进行压差调节提高了测试节拍。试验结果表明本测试系统性能稳定、结果准确,对进油计量阀的开发和批产来说意义重大。
Inlet meter valve is a key component of common rail pump.The performance of inlet meter valve impacts the work efficiency of the common rail pump and the common rail fuel supply system.The pressure difference of the inlet and outlet of the inlet meter valve,the driving current of the inlet meter valve and the inlet temperature of the test circuit are regulated by the test system.The flow characteristic,the leakage when the inlet meter valve is fully closed and the response time including open delay and close delay are measured.The test system eliminates the deviation of flow which is caused by only inlet pressure control.And the whole test cycle time is improved by adopting the servo valve.The results of the test experiment indicate the test system is stable and accurate.As a result,the test system has great significance for the development and manufacturing of common rail pump inlet meter valve.
