活塞环作为内燃机的关键零部件,其加工质量对内燃机的性能及使用寿命有着重要影响,但活塞环加工工序多、工艺复杂^([1]),自动化生产难度较大,因此,本文聚焦活塞环的自动化生产,通过介绍一些先进的活塞环上料装置案例,实现了活塞环生产过程的高度自动化,并介绍了一些机械及自动化装置在活塞环加工过程中的巧妙应用,通过这些自动化生产方式的应用,提高了活塞环的生产效率、保证了产品质量、降低了活塞环生产成本。同时,本文也展望了未来自动化技术在活塞环生产过程中的应用前景。

Piston ring is the key part of internal combustion engine,its processing quality has an important influence on the performance and service life of internal combustion engine,but the piston ring processing procedure is many,the process is complex,the automatic production is difficult,therefore,this paper focuses on the automatic production of piston ring,through introducing some cases of advanced piston ring feeding device,it realizes the high automation of piston ring production process,the ingenious use of some mechanical and automatic devices in the processing of piston rings was introduced.Through the use of these automatic mode of production,the invention improves the production efficiency of the piston ring,ensures the product quality and reduces the production cost of the piston ring.At the same time,the future application of automation in piston ring production is also prospected.
