挖掘机托链轮转动卡滞分析与设计改进

摘要 某客户大型履带式液压挖掘机采用双支撑结构托链轮,当履带正常运转行走时,出现引导轮侧托链轮轮体转动卡滞故障。本文对影响托链轮转动的各因素进行理论分析,并测量了托链轮转动阻力矩,提出改善台车架履带倾角的技术方案,彻底解决了托链轮转动卡滞问题,为底盘件轮系产品的布局设计提供参考。 The double support carrier roller is used to a customer large excavator.When the track is running normally,the carrier roller of the idler side is stuck.In this paper,the force of the carrier roller is calculated and analyzed theoretically,and the resistive torque of the carrier roller is measured through special tooling.We provide the technical scheme to improve the inclination angle of the track,which completely solves the rotation problem stuck of the carrier roller,and provide a reference for the product design of the chassis system.
