摘要
职业教育重在让学生掌握一门技术,毕业后有一技之长;作为车辆工程专业的学生,需要掌握汽车维修、钣金修复等技术;在汽车维修中就需要找出汽车的故障原因,如果车辆可以启动的话,难免不停的启动车辆,从而检测故障原因;而在实训车间,也就是在一个房间里边放上一辆汽车,让发动机运转导致大量尾气排放。本文基于FLUENT模拟软件,用数值分析方法来模拟尾气排放范围,从而来为下一步改善实验室做指导。
Vocational education focuses on enabling students to master a skill and have a skill after graduation;as students of vehicle engineering,they need to master such skills as vehicle maintenance and sheet metal repair;in vehicle maintenance,they need to find out the causes of vehicle failures,if the car can be started,it is inevitable that the car will be started continuously to detect the cause of the failure,while in the training workshop,that is,in a room inside a car,so that the engine operation led to a large number of emissions.In this paper,based on FLUENT simulation software,numerical analysis method is used to simulate the exhaust emission range,so as to guide the next step to improve the laboratory.
