摘要
从盾构机液压系统的原理及应用角度出发,对泥水平衡盾构机进行分析。介绍了盾构机液压系统的功能和组成部分,基本原理为通过泵入泥浆到泥水室中,由液压系统提供推进、拼装、注浆等部分的动力,利用刀盘切削土渣,基于泥水平衡原理保证开挖面的稳定挖掘。分析了泥水平衡盾构机的主要特点,以推进系统为例对工作原理进行阐述,最后结合珠江三角洲水利工程分析了泥水平衡盾构机的应用。
Analyzing the mud-water balance shield machine from the perspective of the principle and application of the hydraulic system.The function and components of the shield machine's hydraulic system are introduced.The basic principle is to pump mud into the mud chamber,and the hydraulic system provides power for propulsion,assembly,grouting,and other parts.The excavated face is stabilized by cutting soil and debris with the cutterhead,based on the principle of mud-water balance.The main characteristics of the mud-water balance shield machine are analyzed,and the working principle is explained using the propulsion system as an example.Finally,the application of the mud-water balance shield machine is discussed in the context of the Pearl River Delta water conservancy project.
