基于校企合作模式下汽车产业应用型人才培养的优化策略

摘要 产教融合背景下,校企协同育人作为一种新型人才培养模式,是大中专院校育才的重要特征,也是培养符合行业发展需求的创新性人才的重要途径。当前由于中国校企合作模式发展时间短、校企配合程度低等因素,汽车产业人才培养在专业技能划分、实践锻炼体系、创新能力培养、人才培养方案等方面还存在着诸多现实问题。为了通过校企合作实现汽车产业应用型人才的高质量培养,学校要充分开设企业课程,企业要在实习中做好教学,学生要通过多种方式参与到企业项目中,通过校企双师的科学合作机制,实现对汽车产业应用型人才的全面培养。 In the context of the integration of industry and education,collaborative education between schools and enterprises,as a new talent cultivation model,is an important feature of talent cultivation in universities and vocational colleges,and also an important way to cultivate innovative talents that meet the development needs of the industry.Currently,due to factors such as the short development time of the school enterprise cooperation model in China and the low degree of cooperation between schools and enterprises,there are still many practical problems in talent cultivation in the automotive industry in terms of professional skills division,practical training system,innovation ability cultivation,and talent cultivation plans.In order to achieve high-quality cultivation of applied talents in the automotive industry through school enterprise cooperation,schools should fully offer enterprise courses,enterprises should do a good job in teaching during internships,and students should participate in enterprise projects through various means.Through the scientific cooperation mechanism of school enterprise dual teachers,comprehensive cultivation of applied talents in the automotive industry can be achieved.
