摘要
目前,RV减速器装配线因固化的装配工艺导致更换产品型号需要整线停产更换,这严重降低了RV减速器等同类型产品的制造效率和企业的市场竞争力。因此,提出了面向混线工艺的RV减速器虚拟装配线,基于数字孪生建模技术,建立多维属性一致、映射全面、物理信息融合的虚拟装配线,并基于生产资源与装配工艺模型的拆解,将生产资源与工艺动作关联映射,实现实时快速工艺调控,达到混线生产的效果。以企业的RV减速器装配线为例,建立了混线工艺驱动的虚拟装配线,能够实现装配过程虚拟仿真、在线工艺调控等功能,有效地减少了制造成本,大幅提升了该装配线的生产效率。
The current assembly line for RV reducers is hampered by rigid assembly processes,requiring a complete shutdown for product model changes.This significantly reduces the manufacturing efficiency of RV reducers and the competitiveness of the company in the market.Therefore,a virtual assembly line for RV reducers,targeting mixed-line processes,is proposed using digital twin modeling technology.The virtual assembly line is built to ensure multidimensional attribute consistency,comprehensive mapping,and integration of physical information.By decomposing production resources and assembly process models,the association and mapping between production resources and process actions are established,enabling real-time and rapid process control for mixed-line production.Using the RV reducer assembly line as an example,a mixed-line process-driven digital twin model is established,capable of virtual simulation of assembly processes and online process control.This effectively reduces manufacturing costs and significantly enhances the production efficiency of the assembly line.
