计及需求响应的有源配电网储能优化调度

Overview of Multi-Source Distribution Network Optimization Operation Considering Energy Storage and Demand Response

摘要 为响应国家“双碳目标”,以光伏与风电为主的可再生能源快速发展。针对含分布式电源的有源配电网功率波动严重、电能质量下降等问题,本文提出一种计及需求响应的配电网储能优化调度模型,旨在提升配电网的电能质量的同时保证其经济性,并提高包含分布式电源的配电网运行水平。引入理想点法简化多目标模型,并以改进粒子群算法求解模型。最后将本文所提的模型应用于IEEE33节点标准算例中,证明所提方法对配电网运行的有效性。 In response to the national“double carbon target”,renewable energy,mainly photovoltaic and wind power,is developing rapidly.Aiming at the problems of serious power fluctuation and power quality degradation in active distribution networks with distributed power sources,this paper proposes an optimal scheduling model for energy storage in distribution networks taking into ac-count demand response,which aims to improve the power quality of distribution networks while guaranteeing their economic performance,and to improve the operation level of distribution networks with distributed power sources.The ideal point method is introduced to simplify the multi-objective model,and the model is solved by an improved particle swarm algorithm.Finally,the proposed model is applied to the IEEE 33-node standardized algorithm to demonstrate the ef-fectiveness of the proposed method for distribution network operation.
