Factors Affecting the Quality of Ceramic Green Tapes Prepared by Tape Casting

从浆料制备以及流延过程两大方面概述了影响通过流延成型制备的陶瓷素坯质量的重要因素。在陶瓷坯片流延成型前,浆料制备过程至关重要,其中溶剂、分散剂、粘结剂、增塑剂等的选择以及添加是影响浆料制备的主要因素,更是制约陶瓷素坯质量的关键所在。后续通过流延成型陶瓷素坯,实际生产过程中仍会出现不同类型的坯片质量问题,如坯片弯曲、坯片裂纹等。针对坯片质量问题,从浆料制备及流延参数方面对其进行了分析,系统梳理了控制坯片质量的有效措施。随着陶瓷素坯应用领域的不断扩大,对陶瓷素坯性能要求更高,这为制备高质量陶瓷素坯带来了更大的挑战,而随着流延浆料制备时添加剂种类的选择增多,以及新型流延工艺的逐渐成熟,控制陶瓷素坯质量的手段及措施更加多样,为工业化生产带来了更多的解决方案。

Two important factors of slurry preparation and casting process affecting the quality of ceramic green tapes prepared by tape casting are summarized.Slurry preparation is a crucial process before tape casting of ceramic green tapes.Major factors influencing the slurry preparation and the quality of green tapes are the selection and the addition of solvents,dispersants,binders and plasticizers.Afterwards,green tapes are prepared by tape casting,and there are still different quality problems of green tapes in the process of production,such as tape bending,cracking and so on.Aiming at the problems of green tape quality,the slurry preparation and casting parameters are analyzed,and the effective measures to control green tape quality are systematically sorted out.With the continuous expansion of the application fields of ceramic green tapes,the performance requirements of ceramic green tapes are higher,which brings greater challenges for the preparation of high quality ceramic green tapes.Furthermore,with the increasing selections of divers additives for casting slurry preparation and the gradual maturity of new casting processes,the means and measures to control the quality of ceramic green tapes are more diverse,and more solutions are brought for industrial production.
