中小学课程实施监测的框架、指标与支持系统

摘要 课程实施监测是引领课程实施方向、保障课程实施质量的重要举措。受限于课程实施监测理论研究不充分和实践落实的缺位与错位,当前中小学课程实施监测存在诸多问题与弊端,亟待建立科学有效的课程实施监测机制。中小学课程实施监测机制包括监测框架设计、指标体系建构和支持系统建设。设计课程实施监测框架需要厘清“为何监测、谁来监测、监测谁、监测什么、怎样监测及监测结果如何运用”等问题。课程实施监测指标体系建构主要借鉴CIPO框架的二维分类方法进行指标建模,运用分解技术、叙写技术完成指标的分类分级和具体描述。课程实施监测的落实需要建设数据采集与分析的信息化系统,根据课程改革的阶段性特点,建立课程推广与改进系统。 Curriculum implementation monitoring is an important measure to lead the direction of curriculum implementation and ensure its quality.Due to the limitation of theory and practice,there are many problems and drawbacks in curriculum implementation monitoring in primary and secondary schools and there is an urgent need to establish a scientific and effective mechanism.The functioning of the monitoring requires monitoring framework design,indicator system construction and support system establishrment.The design needs to darify basic issues such as monitoring subject,object,content,method,purpose and how to apply result.The const ruction needs to draw on CIPO framework for two-dimensional classi fication for indicator modeling and use decomposit ion and narrative techniques to finish the classification and description of indicators.The establishment needs to build inlormation system for data collection and analysis and curriculum promotion and improvement system according to the characteristics of different stages of curriculum relorm.
