摘要
焦化企业物流管理作为供应链中的关键环节,对企业运营效率和市场竞争力的提升至关重要。为适应工业4.0的推进和信息技术的快速发展,本文提出了一种基于工业私有云平台和微服务架构的物流管理系统,系统设计采用微服务架构,确保了系统的高可维护性和可扩展性。同时,工业私有云平台的引入,增强了系统的高可用性和数据安全性。关键技术的应用,如资源虚拟化、数据安全性保护、高可用性与灾难恢复,为系统提供了强大的技术支撑。实际应用表明,该系统显著提升了运输效率,减少了车辆在厂区的执行时间,验证了系统设计的有效性和实用性。
As a key link in the supply chain,logistics management in coking enterprises is crucial for improving operational efficiency and market competitiveness.To adapt the advancement of Industry 4.0 and rapid development of information technology,this paper proposes a logistics management system based on an industrial private cloud platform and microservices architecture.The system design adopts a microservices architecture,ensuring high maintainability and scalability.Meanwhile,the introduction of the industrial private cloud platform enhances the system's high availability and data security.The application of key technologies,such as resource virtualization,data security protection,high availability,and disaster recovery,provides strong technical support for the system.Practical applications have shown that the system significantly improves transportation efficiency and reduces vehicle execution time in the plant area,validating the effectiveness and practicality of the system design.
