摘要
数字经济具有高联通性、低成本性与可复制性等特征,是进一步推动我国体育用品制造业内贸与外贸一体化协调发展的关键着力点。本文立足数字经济赋能体育用品制造业内外贸管理体制机制、企业经营、业务协同与营商环境一体化的内在逻辑,审视数字经济赋能体育用品制造业内外贸一体化存在的数字基建规模有限、平台化链接能力不足、技术嵌入缺失、数字监管手段不足等问题。据此,提出加快数字基础设施建设进程、强化数字技术手段嵌入、深化互助互惠合作机制、夯实数字立法制度体系的创新通路,为推动体育用品制造业内外贸一体化提供理论依据与实践参考。
The digital economy has the characteristics of high connectivity,low cost and replicability,which is a key focus to further promote the integrated and coordinated development of domestic and foreign trade in China’s sports goods manufacturing industry.This paper is based on the internal logic of digital economy empowering the management system and mechanism of domestic and foreign trade,enterprise operation,business collaboration and business environment integration in sports goods manufacturing industry.It examines the problems of limited digital infrastructure scale,insufficient platform linking abilities,lack of technology embedding,and insufficient digital regulatory measures in digital economy empowering the integration of domestic and foreign trade in sports goods manufacturing industry.For these,the innovative pathways are proposed to accelerate the construction process of digital infrastructure,to strengthen the embedding of digital technology means,to deepen mutual assistance and cooperation mechanisms,and to strengthen the digital legislative system,providing theoretical basis and practical references for promoting the integration of domestic and foreign trade in sports goods manufacturing industry.
