近年来,随着大学生参与助残志愿活动的人数越来越多,如何提高大学生助残志愿活动的质量日益引起学者们的注意。残障社会工作以助残为本职,是助残活动的重要力量。本文以三位残障社会工作学生主导开展的一个助残活动为例,来探究大学生志愿者在残障社会工作中的价值与困境问题。

To enhance the quality of university student participation in disability assistance activities,it is necessary to improve the organization and recruitment methods for volunteers,establish incentive mechanisms,and strengthen self-organization among volunteers.Additionally,providing volunteers with appropriate professional knowledge and skills training is crucial.
