随着现代生活质量的提高,城市社区养狗越来越普遍,遛狗成为街头的常态,据《中国宠物行业白皮书》显示,2021年,我国城镇饲养宠物犬数量已达5429万只,同比增长4%,并且2021年全国城镇宠物狗和宠物猫总数超过1.12亿只,这表明我国城镇饲养宠物犬数量逐年增多,越来越受到城镇家庭的喜爱。
This paper explores how social work can facilitate consensus on community dog ownership by utilizing community work methods.It involves mobilizing various resources to support community-led actions,thus addressing long-standing isues related to dog ownership and fostering a harmonious and safe community environment.
