摘要
以多流股换热网络综合方法为基础,利用ASPEN软件建立全流程模型,采用扩充的总组合曲线等用能诊断方法获得常减压蒸馏装置系统能量利用总图,诊断出能量利用不合理单元及用能瓶颈,分析装置的节能潜力。
Based on the comprehensive method of multi-flow heat exchange network,making use of ASPEN establish the whole process model was implemented,including having the energy diagnosis method such as the extended total combination curve adopted to obtain total energy utilization map for the atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit so as to diagnose the unreasonable energy utilization units and energy consumption botlenecks and to analyze the energy-saving potential of the unit.
