城市轨道交通振动噪声治理及管控模式研究

摘要 随着经济发展和人民生活水平提升,环境问题愈发引起重视,特别是在城市轨道交通领域,振动噪声问题已成为亟待解决的议题。文章简要阐述目前城市轨道交通振动噪声治理现状,以北京地铁某线路振动噪声投诉为例,分析振动噪声问题的成因,并提出整改治理方案。针对当下振动噪声治理与管理模式存在的监测工作缺失、配套标准体系不完善、治理效果无法保证等问题,提出一种主动化、智能化声振管控模式,实现振动噪声问题管控由经验支撑向数据支撑转变,优化调整线路设备维修策略,为完善振动噪声监测体系和治理措施,推动城市轨道交通运维管理智能化、数字化发展提供新的思路。 With the economic development and improvement of people's living standards,environmental issues have received increasing attention,especially in the field of urban rail transit,where vibration and noise problems have become urgent issues to be addressed.This article briefly outlines the current status of vibration and noise control in urban rail transit.Taking the vibration and noise complaints of a metro line in Beijing as an example,it analyzes the causes of the vibration and noise issues and proposes rectification and mitigation plans.In response to the current issues in the management and control of vibration and noise,such as the lack of vibration and noise monitoring works,the imperfection of the supporting standard system,and the inability to guarantee the control effect,an active and intelligent sound and vibration management and control mode is proposed,aiming to shift the control of vibration and noise issues from experience-based to data-driven,optimize and adjust the maintenance strategy of line equipment,and provide new ideas for improving the vibration and noise monitoring system and the governance measure vibration and noise issues,thus promoting the intelligent and digital development of urban rail transit operation and maintenance management.
