中国经济高质量发展水平测度与差异分析

The Measurement and Difference Analysis of High-quality Development Level of China s Economy

随着中国经济发展迈入新常态,推动经济转向高质量发展已成为遵循量变到质变发展规律的必然选择。通过构建经济高质量发展综合评价指标体系,运用熵权TOPSIS法对2012年至2017年中国30个省份及东、中、西三区域的经济高质量发展水平进行了测度,借助核密度分析图直观展示了中国经济高质量发展水平及差异的演变过程,并用Dagum基尼系数及其分解方法,对中国经济高质量发展的差异和来源进行了分解分析。结果表明我国各省经济高质量发展总体水平不断提高,差异不断变小,总体差异主要来源于区域间。东部地区高质量发展水平高,中部地区增速最快,西部地区高质量发展水平最低。

As China s economic development has entered the new normal,promoting the economic shift to high-quality development has become an inevitable choice to follow the law of quantitative change to qualitative change.By constructing the comprehensive evaluation index system for high quality economic development,using the entropy power TOPSIS method from 2012 to 2017 in east,central and west regions of economic development level,the paper shows the development level of high quality,the Dagum Gini coefficient and its decomposition method to analyze the differences and sources of economic high-quality development level in China.The results show that the overall level of high-quality economic development in all provinces of China is constantly improving,and the differences are constantly decreasing,and the overall differences mainly come from the regions.The eastern region has a high level of high-quality development,the central region has the fastest growth,and the western region has the lowest level of high-quality development.
