Research and Practice on the Applied Talent Training System in the Intelligent Automotive Industry College

面向汽车产业转型发展对应用型人才培养提出的新需求,长春工程学院以产业需求为导向,协同共建智能汽车产业学院,基于对现代产业学院的研究,以汽车相关专业人才培养模式改革实践为例,构建“产创驱动、四维融合”的应用型人才培养体系,解决了供给侧与需求侧不匹配问题。

In response to the evolving needs of the automotive industry for applied talent training,Changchun Institute of Technology collaborates to establish an Intelligent Automotive Industry College,with a focus on industry-driven needs.Drawing from its research on modern industry colleges,the institute uses its experience in reforming and practicing talent training models for automotive-related majors as a case study.It has developed an applied talent training system that integrates“innovation-driven and four-dimensional integration”,addressing the issue of a mismatch between supply and demand.
