新文科背景下艺术设计人才培养研究及实践

摘要 开展新文科背景下艺术设计人才培养模式改革,通过对新文科建设内涵的分析,提出了“文化引领—艺工融合—实践赋能”的艺术设计专业新文科建设思路;基于OBE理念,构建成果导向的艺术设计人才培养路径;以提升学生文化艺术素养、高阶设计能力、创新创意能力为目标,实施教学体系改革;依托东北地域装饰文化研究中心,以学用一体、协同共育为重点,构建“一室三师五层次”的多层次实践平台,切实落实艺术设计人才培养模式的创新实践,取得了显著的改革成效。 This study reforms the training model for art and design talents within the context of the new liberal arts.By examining the essence of the new liberal arts movement,it formulates an approach for the development of art and design programs titled“cultural leadership-fusion of art and engineering-empowerment through practice”.Utilizing the OBE philosophy,it formulates a results-oriented approach for cultivating art and design talents.With the aim of enhancing students cultural and artistic proficiencies,advanced design capabilities,and innovative creativity,the study implements a reform in the teaching system.Leveraging the Northeast Regional Decorative Culture Research Center,which focuses on integrating theory with practice and collaborative co-education to establish a multi-tiered practice platform structured around“one studio,three faculties,and five levels”.This approach effectively facilitates innovative practices in the training model for art and design talents,yielding significant reform outcomes.
