小草湖区域风力发电机组稳定性提升管理

摘要 小草湖项目位于新疆三十里风区,该风区属于超一类风区,大风天气比较多,可持续几天时间,最大风力达到14级,风速40 m/s以上,瞬时风速高达70 m/s,这就造成了有风的时候机组故障不能得到及时处理,从而影响机组的可利用率和发电量,因此项目管理过程中采取预防性维护、实时预警和精益运维的机组管理方式十分有必要,同时采用PDCA(Plan,Do,Check,Act,计划、执行、检查、处理)质量循环管理方法,不断地发现问题、解决问题,最终实现机组运行稳定性的提升。 The Xiaocaohu project is located in the Sanshili Wind Zone of Xinjiang,belonging to the super categoryⅠwind zone.There are many windy weather conditions,and the wind can last for several days.The maximum wind force reaches level 14,and the wind speed is casually above 40 m/s,with an instantaneous wind speed of 70 m/s.This leads to the failure of the unit to be dealt with in a timely manner when there is wind,which affects the availability and power generation of the unit.Therefore,it is necessary to take preventive maintenance,real-time warning and lean operation maintenance approach during the project management process,while adopting a PDCA(Plan,Do,Check,Act)quality cycle management to continuously identify and solve problems,ultimately achieving the goal of improving the stability of unit operation.
