摘要
中国的尾矿数量庞大,如果任意排放,会大面积覆盖农田、堵塞河道等,利用传统处理尾矿的方法已经不再适合当今社会的发展,必须采用有效的方法来解决尾矿的排放问题。为了解决尾矿排放问题,同时积极响应并贯彻落实国家绿色发展理念,新疆宝山选矿厂通过借鉴国内多个相似矿山尾矿干排实践经验,结合现场实际生产情况,将原尾矿湿排+尾矿库堆存工艺改为尾矿全干排工艺,即尾矿浓缩后再经陶瓷过滤机滤干,滤干后对尾矿进行综合利用。经现场应用实践,陶瓷过滤机处理能力为0.3 t/(h·m2)左右,滤饼最终水分质量分数13%左右。项目实施后,生产干排尾矿物料用于采坑回填、环境治理、制砖等方面,大大降低了对安全环保的影响,同时水循环利用率由85%提高至95%以上,节约了生产用水,降低了环境污染,解决了固体废弃物综合治理、占地等问题,推动了尾矿资源的综合利用。
China has a huge amount of tailings,and if discharged arbitrarily,it will cover a large area of farmland,block rivers,etc.The traditional tailings pond treatment method is no longer suitable for the development of today's society,and effective methods must be adopted to solve the problem of tailings discharge.In order to solve the problem of tailings discharge and actively respond to and implement the national green development concept,Xinjiang Baoshan Beneficiation Plant borrowed the practical experience of dry tailings discharge from similar mines in China,combined with the actual production situation on site,and changed the original wet tailings discharge+tailings pond storage process to a fully dry tailings discharge process.That was,the tailings were concentrated and then filtered dry by a ceramic filter,and then comprehensively utilized.Through on-site application practice,the processing capacity of the ceramic filter is about 0.3 t/(h·m2),and the final moisture mass fraction of the filter cake is about 13%.After the implementation of the project,the production of dry tailings mineral materials is used for backfilling in mining pits,environmental treatment,brick making,and other aspects,greatly reducing the impact on safety and environmental protection.At the same time,the water recycling rate has been increased from 85%to over 95%,saving production water,reducing environmental pollution,solving the problems of comprehensive treatment of solid waste,occupying land,and promoting the comprehensive utilization of tailings resources.
