煤矿带式输送机制动技术的优化研究

摘要 在煤矿开采中,带式输送机作为井下主要的运输设备,其良好的制动效果可以保证煤矿的安全高效开采。山西A矿输送机盘式制动装置的制动效果较差,不能满足实际的开采需求,因此,结合具体案例对GD型胶带输送机进行研究,分析了影响制动装置最大力矩的因素,然后从技术改造、结构优化、技术创新等方面,制定了制动技术的升级方案。经过实际应用,明确了该方案可以有效提高带式输送机的整体制动能力,而且还提出了输送机制动技术的升级方向,以期为煤矿运输设备的管理工作提供参考。 In coal mining,belt conveyors are the main transportation equipment underground,and their good braking effect can ensure the safe and efficient mining of coal mines.The brake effect of disc brake device of conveyor in Shanxi A Mine is poor,and cannot meet the actual mining needs.Therefore,based on specific cases,the GD type belt conveyor was studied,and the factors affecting the maximum torque of the braking device were analyzed.Then,from the aspects of technical transformation,structural optimization,and technological innovation,an upgrade scheme for braking technology was formulated.Through practical application,it was clear that the scheme can effectively improve the overall braking capacity of the belt conveyor,and the upgrading direction of conveyor braking technology was also proposed,in order to provide reference for the management of coal mine transportation equipment.
