煤炭开采过程中的安全风险评估与管理研究

摘要 煤炭开采过程中存在诸多安全风险,如何有效评估和管理这些风险是保障煤矿安全生产的关键。从煤炭开采过程中的主要安全风险入手,系统分析了各类风险的成因及其危害,在此基础上提出了一套完整的安全风险评估与管理体系,包括风险识别、风险评估、风险控制和风险监督4个环节。同时,还探讨了如何利用现代信息技术手段,如大数据分析、物联网等,来提升安全风险管理的智能化水平。研究成果可为煤矿企业安全生产提供理论指导和实践参考。 There are many safety risks in the coal mining process,and how to effectively evaluate and manage these risks is the key to ensuring coal mine safety production.Starting from the main safety risks in the coal mining process,a systematic analysis was conducted on the causes and hazards of various risks.Based on this,a complete safety risk assessment and management system was proposed,including four stages:risk identification,risk assessment,risk control,and risk supervision.Meanwhile,how to utilize modern information technology tools such as big data analysis and the Internet of Things to enhance the intelligence level of security risk management was explored.The research results can provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the safety production of coal mining enterprises.
