摘要
针对采煤机在作业过程中摇臂结构容易出现振动故障的问题,开展了采煤机摇臂智能振动监测与应用研究。设计摇臂智能振动监测装置,布局合适的信号监测点,选择合适的振动信号处理方式,对采集的信号进行降噪处理。根据获得的信号参数,判断智能振动监测结果。
In view of the problem that the rocker arm structure is prone to vibration failure during the operation of shearer,the intelligent vibration monitoring and application research of the rocker arm of shearer was carried out.The intelligent vibration monitoring device for rocker arm was designed,suitable signal monitoring points were arranged,appropriate vibration signal processing methods were selected,and the collected signals were subjected to noise reduction processing.Based on the obtained signal parameters,the intelligent vibration monitoring results were judged.
