摘要
母亲河复苏行动是当前水利工作的重点任务之一。通过分析列入水利部母亲河复苏行动河湖名单(2022—2025年)的88条(个)河湖的复苏工作计划制定、实施情况和复苏成效等,依据各河湖具体特点和重点措施,逐河湖提出了重点督导对策建议和重点督导时段,为推进母亲河复苏行动提供参考。
The Mother River Recovery Action is one of the key tasks in current water conservation efforts.This article analyzes the formulation,implementation,and recovery effects of recovery plans for 88 rivers and lakes listed in the Mother River Recovery Action List(2022-2025)by the Ministry of Water Resources.Based on the characteristics and measures of each river and lake,key supervision directions and periods are proposed for each,providing references for promoting the Mother River Recovery Action.
