摘要
大型灌区水网建设是完善区域水网工程布局、织密国家水网之“目”的重要内容,数字孪生技术是实现灌区水网水资源配置、水旱灾害防御和现代化管理,推动新阶段灌区高质量发展的主要途径。设计广西龙云灌区水网数字孪生体系,研判和预测水网“来需配调”过程,以模型库及知识库为驱动生成区域水网调蓄方案、渠系引水方案,实现水资源合理配置,改善灌区水网用水环境,为灌区数字孪生水网建设积累经验。
The construction of water networks in large irrigation districts is essential for optimizing the regional water network engineering layout and enhancing the“details”of the national water network.Digital twin technology is a primary approach to achieving water resource allocation,flood and drought disaster defense,and modern management of irrigation district water networks,promoting high-quality development in the new stage.This study designs the digital twin system for the Longyun Irrigation District water network in Guangxi,analyzing and predicting the“incoming,demand,allocation,and regulation”processes.Driven by a model library and knowledge base,it generates regional water network storage schemes and canal water diversion plans,achieving rational water resource allocation,improving the water use environment of the irrigation district water network,and accumulating experience for the construction of digital twin water networks in irrigation districts.
