滋肾育胎丸对肾虚型先兆流产患者性激素水平、保胎后妊娠结局的影响

Effect of Zishen Yutai Pills on the Level of Sex Hormone and the Outcomes of Fetal Protection in Patients with Threatened Abortion of Kidney Deficiency Type

目的探讨滋肾育胎丸对肾虚型先兆流产患者性激素水平、保胎后妊娠结局的影响。方法将128例在郑州人民医院就诊的先兆流产患者作为研究对象,全部患者先兆流产类型均为肾虚型,研究时间为2019年2月至2021年5月,将患者按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各64例。对照组接受黄体酮联合人绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用滋肾育胎丸治疗。对比治疗前后两组患者中医证候积分及血清性激素水平,对比临床效果、保胎后妊娠结局及不良反应。结果治疗后两组患者主症、次症评分和总分均下降(P<0.05),观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者血清β-亚单位人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、孕酮(P)及雌二醇(E_(2))水平均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组各项指标均更高(P<0.05)。两组临床效果等级分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组保胎成功率为90.62%,对照组保胎成功率为71.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组患者的治疗后不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用滋肾育胎丸治疗肾虚型先兆流产患者,能够显著缓解临床症状,并有效调节体内的性激素水平,提高保胎成功率和改善妊娠结局,能够有效降低流产的风险。

Objective To explore the effect of Zishen Yutai pills on the level of sex hormone and the outcomes of fetal protection in patients with threatened abortion of kidney deficiency type.Methods A total of 128 patients with threatened miscarriage of kidney deficiency type admitted to Zhengzhou People’s Hospital were selected from February 2019 to May 2021,and they were divided into an observation group and a control group according to a random number table,with 64 cases in each group.The control group was treated with progesterone combined with human chorionic gonadotropin,while the observation group was treated with Zishen Yutai pill on the basis of the control group.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and serum sex hormone levels were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and the clinical effects,pregnancy outcomes after fetal protection,and adverse reactions were compared.Results After treatment,the main and secondary symptom scores and total scores of both groups of patients decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum levels ofβ-subunit human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG),progesterone(P)and estradiol(E_(2))in two groups were higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and all indexes in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).There was difference in the distribution of clinical efficacy levels between the two groups(P<0.05),and the observation group had a higher success rate in maintaining pregnancy(90.62%)than the control group(71.86%)(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of Zishen Yutai pills to treat patients with kidney deficiency type threatened miscarriage can significantly alleviate clinical symptoms,effectively regulate the levels of sex hormones in the body,improve the success rate of fetal preservation and pregnancy outcomes,and effectively reduce the risk of miscarriage.
