摘要
研究天然橡胶(NR)胶料硫化程度对蘑菇钉耐拔脱性能的影响。结果表明:老化前,当延长硫化时间增大NR胶料硫化程度后,蘑菇钉的拔脱力先增大后减小,硫化程度最低的蘑菇钉拔脱力最小;老化168,336,504 h后,蘑菇钉的拔脱力先增大后减小,其中NR胶料硫化程度为75%的蘑菇钉拔脱力最大;在老化504 h后,NR胶料硫化程度为75%的蘑菇钉金属针拔脱表面附胶率仍为100%,表明其具有最佳的耐拔脱性能、较长的使用寿命。
The effect of the vulcanization degree of natural rubber(NR)compounds on the pull-out resistance of mushroom nails was studied.The results showed that before aging,when the vulcanization time was extended and the vulcanization degree was increased,the pull-out force of mushroom nails first increased and then decreased,and the pull-out force of the mushroom nail with the lowest vulcanization degree was the smallest.After aging for 168,336,504 h,the pull-out force of mushroom nails first increased and then decreased,among which the pull-out force of the mushroom nail with a vulcanization degree of 75%of NR compound was the highest.After aging for 504 h,the metal needle surface adhesion rate of the mushroom nail with a vulcanization degree of NR compound of 75%was still 100%,indicating that it had the best pullout resistance and the longest service life.
